We want you to love your jeans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return items to us for a full refund, or exchange for a different size, as long as the item is shipped/postmarked within 14 days from when it was delivered to you.

 

To return an item simply contact us quoting your order number and we'll send you an email explaining what to do. We offer a prepaid return service in the UK. Refunds for returned items are made to the purchaser's original form of payment and usually take 1 - 5 business days. 

 

Please note: items must be returned in an original condition accompanied by the original invoice to receive a full refund.
